Powell River is a safe and enjoyable place to get away because it is cut off from the mainland and is considered to be land-locked.
To get here from Vancouver, follow Highway 101 North along the Sunshine Coast and take in the beautiful, winding coastal scenery, or fly out of Vancouver's South Terminal.
